  1. What is the cost?
    It depends on the size of the project. Residential: figure $2.50 - $5 per square foot. Commercial projects could be even less. If the project is outside of Texas, travel and per diem charges may apply.
  2. How long does it take?
    Usually 2-3 days.

  3. Can residents stay on the premises during the work?
    Not advised, but possible.

  4. Can multiple colors be used?
    Yes! This will enhance the artistic value of your floor.

  5. Are the stain colors permanent?
    Yes they are!

  6. How much maintenance is required?
    Vacuum and wet mop as needed. Apply liquid waxes - available from janitorial supply houses - for additional sheen. That's about It! Simple!

  7. Are sidewalks or porches stainable?
    Yes, but a different seal coat is applied due to moisture possibilities. Also you should be forewarned that old driveways, sidewalks and patios may not have the vibrancy of color.

  8. What about carpet or tile removal?
    Any patching of defects will show. Overlay is an alternative but costs are increased.
